More about this game
Your goal is to complete a three-item shopping list while dealing with intrusive customers at an electronics store. In each encounter, you read the customer's comment and choose Jack's response: Polite, Direct, or Truth-bomb. Polite responses raise awareness slightly, while Direct and Truth-bomb responses earn more awareness but drain Jack's starting cool of 100. The run ends after three encounters, and scoring 60 or more awareness unlocks the best ending.
Tips
- Truth-bombs grant the highest awareness at 25 points, but they cost 10 cool. Use them when you want to maximize your final score.
- Polite responses give 12 awareness and cost zero cool. Rely on them if your cool meter is running low during the three encounters.
- You need at least 60 awareness by the end of the third encounter to unlock the Truth Delivered ending instead of the Cool Kept ending.
Questions
What do the different responses do?
Polite gives 12 awareness for free. Direct gives 18 awareness but costs 5 cool. Truth-bombs give 25 awareness and a Gemma clip, but cost 10 cool.
How many items are on the shopping list?
There are three items to buy: studio headphones, a protective phone case, and a braided guitar cable. You get one item per encounter.
Who is Zig-Zag?
Zig-Zag is Jack's trained guide dog. Many of the customer encounters revolve around people not understanding how to act around a working service animal.
