The Shattered Bond is an interactive drama where you control Lisa's responses in a tense reunion with her sister, Sally. Your goal is to navigate the conversation by choosing dialogue options that manage three stats: Trust, Tension, and Insight. Each choice shifts these stats, and the difficulty lies in balancing empathy with honesty. If tension reaches 10 while trust is low, the conversation ends early in a fracture. Otherwise, the run ends after five stages, resulting in one of three endings based on your final stats.
Tips
- Keep an eye on the Tension meter; if it hits 10 while Trust is 2 or lower, the conversation ends immediately.
- Aim for an Insight score of 8 or higher to unlock the best chance at genuine understanding.
- Defensive answers will penalize your Trust and raise Tension, so try to take accountability when appropriate.

How do I get the best ending?
To reach the 'Genuine Understanding' ending, you need to finish the conversation with both Trust and Insight at 8 or higher, while keeping Tension below 10.
Why did the game end early?
If your Tension stat reaches the hostility limit of 10 and your Trust drops to 2 or below, Sally will step back and the conversation will end in a fracture.
What do the stats mean?
Trust measures Sally's faith in you, Tension tracks the hostility in the conversation, and Insight reflects how well you understand the root of your past issues.
