More about this game
In The Silver Tongued Undercover, you play as a legendary singer trying to blend in during a live voice chat raid. Over five beats, you must choose replies that build your Legend meter while keeping your Suspicion meter below the exposure threshold of 100. You start with 12 Suspicion points. You can choose to talk normally or sing, but singing raises suspicion faster. The run ends when you complete all five beats or if your suspicion reaches the limit. If you reach a Legend score of 75 while keeping Suspicion under 55, you achieve the perfect Unsung Hero ending.
Tips
- Singing lines usually grant a massive amount of Legend points, sometimes up to 30 at once, but they also significantly increase your Suspicion meter by up to 18 points.
- Keep a close eye on your Suspicion meter; if it hits the exposure threshold of 100, your cover is blown and the run ends immediately.
- Sometimes talking normally is the safest way to progress. A normal gamer response might even lower your Suspicion by 5 to 9 points while still giving a few Legend points.
Questions
How do I get the best ending?
You win by completing all five beats without your Suspicion meter reaching 100. To get the perfect Unsung Hero ending, you need to reach a Legend score of at least 75 while keeping your Suspicion below 55.
What happens if my Suspicion gets too high?
If your Suspicion meter reaches the exposure threshold of 100, your cover is blown. The raid squad realizes who you are, and the game ends immediately in a failure.
Should I always choose to sing?
No, singing often increases Suspicion significantly. You must balance singing to gain large amounts of Legend points with talking normally to keep your Suspicion low or even reduce it.
