More about this game
Your goal is to survive as long as possible by dodging falling orange squares. You control a white circle that shifts between five vertical lanes. As time passes, the difficulty increases significantly: the squares fall faster, reaching up to double their initial speed, and spawn more frequently, dropping from every 0.6 seconds down to 0.3 seconds. You earn one point for every second you survive. The run ends immediately if your circle touches any part of a falling square.
Tips
- Squares never spawn in the exact same lane twice in a row, meaning the lane a square just dropped from is temporarily safe to shift into.
- The falling squares vary in size from 32 to 46 pixels wide, so be extra careful when shifting past the larger blocks to avoid clipping them.
- Keep your eyes focused near the top of the screen to spot incoming squares early, giving you maximum time to react as speeds increase.
Questions
How do I score points?
You earn exactly one point for every full second you survive without hitting an orange square. Your best survival time is saved automatically as your high score.
Can I move off the edge of the screen?
No, the game board is restricted to exactly five lanes. If your white circle is in the far left or far right lane, you cannot move further in that direction.
How fast do the squares get?
The squares start falling at a base speed of 260, but as you survive longer, their speed increases up to a maximum of 510, making late-game dodging extremely difficult.
